Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Hours: Approximately 1 hours and 30 mins per scheduled service day, Service Days are Monday - Friday after 5pm
Start Date: As Soon As Possible
POSITION SUMMARY
Bold Royalty LLC, operating as a Jani-King franchisee, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to service our Speak Easy account. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, professional, and welcoming environment while consistently meeting Bold Royalty and Jani-King service standards.
The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work independently, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of delivering consistent service to our clients.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform routine commercial cleaning according to the account’s scope of work.
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop designated floor areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, fixtures, mirrors, and surrounding areas.
- Empty trash and replace liners.
- Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces.
- Dust and wipe designated furniture, fixtures, counters, and other surfaces.
- Clean glass, doors, and other assigned areas as required.
- Restock designated restroom and facility supplies when applicable.
- Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Follow all safety procedures and chemical-handling requirements.
- Complete assigned cleaning duties within the scheduled service time.
- Immediately report damaged property, safety concerns, supply shortages, or unusual conditions to management.
- Secure the facility according to account procedures before leaving.
- Maintain professional conduct while on client property.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
Bold Royalty is committed to providing consistent, high-quality service. Employees assigned to the Speak Easy account are expected to:
- Arrive on time and work all scheduled shifts.
- Complete the full scope of work during each service visit.
- Maintain an A or B level of service based on client feedback and monthly service evaluations.
- Correct identified service deficiencies promptly.
- Follow instructions provided by the Operations Supervisor and management.
- Maintain appropriate communication regarding attendance, service issues, or account concerns.
- Represent Bold Royalty and Jani-King professionally at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Dependable transportation to and from the assigned account.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to safely use standard commercial cleaning products and equipment.
- Must demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and good time management.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The position may require prolonged standing and walking as well as bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive cleaning movements. The employee must be able to safely perform the physical functions required to complete the assigned cleaning duties and use standard janitorial equipment.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
